The Principality of the Media & The Scribe Part I
I wrote this in early 2007. I want to revisit it, and
go further. So for now, I'm reposting this revised article and will
follow-up with part two later. We are going to touch on the "different"
types of scribes, and look at some of the positions they have today in
the Kingdom of Heaven. Many scribes cross multiple systems in the world.

Ephesians 6:12
For we do not wrestle against
flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the
rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of
wickedness in the heavenly places.
I wonder sometimes if the body as a whole REALLY understands what this
means. A principality is territory ruled by a prince or a princess.
Understand now, Jesus Christ is a KING, not a prince. Who do you think
this prince is that is referred to in the scriptures? Satan of course.
A prince is someone who is believing that ONE DAY they will be
king. It is also referring to the counterfeit powers and the
evil things we come against in this world that exist in spiritual realm
AGAINST God. These principalities are perverted versions of things God
originally intended to use to "establish order" in his Kingdom. Take a
look at this passage ...
Colossians 1:16
For by Him all things were created that are in
heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or
dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created
through Him and for Him.
God said ALL THINGS! If this is the case, then we must realize that its
NOT ENOUGH to just be a "literary minister." There is so much more to
our calling than what we've learned so far. Yes we must preach, teach
and make disciples. But we must also realize that we are yet AT war. We
must recognize who WE have been positioned to stand against and in the
gap in the ARMY OF THE LORD as a collective group as well as
individuals, and we must posture ourselves to stand in those positions.
Take a look at this ...
What are some of the principalities that are under the control of the
"prince" in our world system. This isn't a deep revelation by any means.
All you have to do is just take a look around you ...:
1. Government (Political System)
2. Economics
3. Media
4. Education
5. Military
6. Health Care System, etc.
I'm simply listing a few that immediately come to mind. Take a look at
the media for example. THIS IS OUR TERRITORY.
This is the system that SCRIBES have been positioned in to WAR for the
Kingdom – in part. The media represents these primary areas: 1. Radio,
2. Television, 3. Print and 4. Electronic/Web (Internet) Don't forget
that we also play a big role in the EDUCATION system. I forgot to add
this part in my original post. You see, people LEARN and GLEAN from what
we write or record. We are the source of their historical documents,
current events, instructional guides, reports, entertainment, etc.
Scribes cross over into all these areas and more. As a result, we
know that we have GREAT influence in the Kingdom of God and the kingdom
of darkness. People read, listen to audio books, watch movies based on
books, and read e-books every day! Satan has something set up for every
possible "gate (opening into the body)" you have on your body ... skin,
eyes, ears, nose, mouth .... you name it. These gates all appeal to your
five senses, and he knows just what buttons to push to get to us. If he
can't get in one way, he comes in another way...
My brothers and sisters in Christ – WE HAVE DOMINION AND POWER over this
area as God's PROPHETIC scribes who reveal his heart with pen and ink.
Lord God, let this take hold in their spirits. You see, I can't reveal
everything God has shared with me here ...
It would just take too long. I do pray that many who read this are
UNDERSTANDING by the SPIRIT OF THE LORD. We have POWER in this realm.
But because we are SO BUSY DECEIVING OURSELVES... we are ineffective.
If I took a poll right now ... I promise you that there are people right
here in this group who have read every single book in the Harry Potter
Series! They don't think anything is wrong with the EXPLOSION of bible
translations and the categorizing of New Age religious materials with
the Holy Bible in the "spirituality section" of our bookstores. Many
SCRIBE S have never even considered this ...
It doesn't stop here. Some scribes cross into "art, music, etc." ...so
the level of authority they have in those realms increases as well. Take
the PROPHETIC MUSICIAN. When the lyrics and music are inspired by God,
it cleanses and purifies the atmosphere where the sounds are released
...and even beyond. This music is WARRING on our behalf. Please hear me
when I say this: THIS IS WHY IT IS SO DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN UNITY IN THE
BODY? THIS IS WHY ENTERTAINMENT, COMPETITION, COMPARISON AND COMPROMISE
IS SO GREAT ....because folk just don't understand who they are, and how
God uses HIS GIFTS in them...
If we ever get it together and unite based on our INDIVIDUAL and
COLLECTIVE mission in Christ – no devil in hell could stop us. But
because we do not know who we are, why we are really here and why the
Lord calls for unity ... we come and go in these ONE MAN shows ... and
become nothing more than SALESMEN before our God – pitching a product.
I can't write everything here. We are not just "literary
ministers" but watchman who must spy out the land and then overthrow the
enemy. When the prophetic word was released in 2005 that we were "secret
weapons" in the Kingdom of God ... with a covert mission" – God meant
that.
WHO ARE YOU? WHAT ARE YOU DOING? I IMPLORE you to go deeper in
understanding who you are in Christ Jesus ...
