Have you ever just been in a place where after awhile you just
get tired of being in that place because you know there’s so
much more to you then what you currently see? Well if so, please
just receive this poetic declaration. -- Sista Sepia
Lord, I arise in your
dignity
I arise and be all
that you have said I can be
I arise with the very
confidence of you working in and through me
For I have chosen to
take what you have spoken and
Dismiss what all
others have just so lightly and casually
Have tried to say
that I would be
And instead,
I arise in your
strength
I arise in your
creativity
I arise in the
knowing that I too am, an I AM
Created in your
image, created to do great and marvelous things
Created because I do
have an assignment to accomplish
And so, because of
that
I shall arise and
take dominion
I shall arise and
subdue,
I shall arise and
rule,
As a matter of fact,
I’m going to be all
that you've called for me to be,
And then some
Why, because I have
chosen to do so
That’s why,
I have chosen to
believe in the you that lives within me
I have chosen to
behold and know,
Not only is Christ
soon to come
But is now ever so
clearly and evidently,
Working in and
through me,
So I
shall arise to walk out my total freedom in Christ
That finally I can
see God’s will being done,
And finally
I can see God’s
Kingdom having come, in me
I Arise
